Leadership Team

BOB BOSSHART
Chairman & CFO
Bob has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a craft worker, foreman, field engineer, superintendent, project manager, estimator and general contractor. He specializes in managing projects in occupied facilities, and he has extensive knowledge in historic restoration.
Bob graduated from Colorado State University with honors in Construction Management and later received an MBA with an emphasis in Organization Development from CU Boulder. Under Bob’s management, Whitestone Construction Services, Inc. offers the highest quality of commercial interior construction services in Boulder and Broomfield Counties. His personal involvement in every project and his attention to detail consistently earn his clients’ trust and repeat business.

JUSTIN BLAIS
President & COO
Justin Blais has over 19 years of experience in commercial construction, with all 19 years as a project manager and estimator. He has extensive knowledge of construction drawings and systems with an emphasis on structural, civil, mechanical and electrical.
When working in New York City, Justin managed a 500,000 SF warehouse refurbishment for the New York City Housing Authority.
At Whitestone, Justin has worked with clients such as GE, Ball Aerospace, Orica, Balfour Retirement Group and the University of Colorado.
